Jim Keith

Jim Keith has spent over a quarter century successfully creating, implementing, supporting and administering computer solutions for organizations that demand solid, reliable, keep-the-business-growing-and -successful kind of  networks.  Whether it’s a custom solution for a LAN/WAN environment, programming (he’s multi-computer lingual), equipment troubleshooting or application support, Jim Keith gets it.

From his stellar academic record to his deep and broad experience in all things computer, Jim’s passion for excellence has earned him a reputation for ingenuity, tenacity and integrity.  As a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE), he continues to unearth new ways to make IT work harder for his clients.

In addition to being a computer guru, Jim enjoys riding roller coasters. Jim is also an avid bicycle rider and participates in charity bicycle rides to raise funds for housing for disabled persons.  Jim also enjoys movies and spending time with his family.

   


 

IT Staff:

Computer Help Key’s Staff members are experienced in a wide variety of technologies and bring this knowledge to their clients.  Our Staff come from diverse backgrounds including the US Military, manufacturing and private industry backgrounds and have years of experience supporting complex business systems.  Computer Help Key is proud to have US Military Veterans as part of our team.

 

 

Jeff Dishno

Jeff Dishno brings many skills to the Computer Help Key Team.  Jeff’s troubleshooting skill for all things IT were born as a result of his love of automobiles. While working as a mechanic, Jeff became interested in computers and how they work and the rest is history. Jeff has over 3 years of IT and computer experience, both in business and academic settings.  Jeff enjoys the challenge of all things IT ranging from fixing a faulty hard drive to maintaining switches and working on networks for customers.

During football season, Jeff cheers for the Green Bay Packers. When not at Computer Help Key, Jeff also enjoys repairing cars and spending time with family and friends.

   

James O'hara

James O’Hara started down the path of Information Technology as a member of the Zion Benton High School Tech Crew. After graduation, James continued his education, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Computer Network Systems. James has over 8 years’ work  experience in the IT retail environment, troubleshooting and maintaining computers and interacting with clients. James’ can easily explain IT issues in a “user friendly” way and provides excellent customer service.  

To relax, James enjoys PC Gaming, Fishing and Astronomy. When it comes to sports, you will always see James rooting for the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Wolves.

   

Julie Bell

Julie

Julie Bell kicked off her IT career by working as a computer lab assistant at the College of Lake County (CLC). Julie has over 20 years’ experience in computers and computer networking, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University. Julie is an avid learner, and regularly takes classes to stay ahead of IT trends. She is the “go-to” person at Computer Help Key for Linux.

Julie’s loves working with people and is devoted to customer service. She understands how small businesses operate, and supporting the software she makes is just as important as the initial design. Outside the office, Julie participates in Tae Kwon Do, a coin club, and avidly cheers for the Chicago Bears.

   

Matt Banis

With his Grandfather and Uncle working as computer programmers, Matt Banis became interested in computers and technology at a young age. As a young adult, Matt became the “go to” for friends and family needing computer assistance. Matt then gained professional IT experience working at a large technology retailer. Through this position, Matt gained valuable expertise in many areas of IT, and was ultimately promoted to manager of their computer department. Matt brings a wide range of skills to the Computer Help Key team.

Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree from SNHU. In his free time, Matt enjoys the outdoors, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He is also a fan of the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bears.

   

 

Administration:

Rich Kern

General Manager

Rich

Rich Kern holds the position of General Manager of Computer Help Key.  A proven expert in IT systems, data center management, and all things infrastructure, Rich was formerly Director of Systems Software and Vice President of Data Center Operations at credit reporting giant, Experian.

As General Manager, Rich will leverage his expertise in sales, business development, policy/procedures, and other key areas to both grow the business and to manage new growth.  His focus will help to drive solutions that provide the greatest competitive advantage for both Computer Help Key and its clients.

In his spare time, Rich is an avid motorcyclist, and is a member of the Warrior Watch Riders, a group that supports US Veterans returning home from overseas missions. In the fall, Rich can be found at Soldier Field cheering the Chicago Bears to victory.

 
 
 

 

Linda Keith

Administration and Operations

Linda

Linda Keith holds the position of Administration and Operations at Computer Help Key.  From contracts to invoicing to client relations to insurance, Linda is the “go to” person that manages the day to day aspects of Computer Help Key, Inc.  Linda’s professional background includes regulatory compliance and legislative work for an insurance company, to over 10 year’s client relations experience in manufacturing, inventory finance and in a law firm setting.

When away from Computer Help Key, Linda enjoys baking and creating gourmet desserts.  Linda volunteers for a local dog rescue group, Placing Paws of Libertyville IL, and mentors owner of dogs with canine epilepsy via www.canine-epilepsy-guardian-angels.com. Linda also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
